I use ClientExec but beware the initial set up is a B.I.T.C.H.

I agree. WHMCS covers billing and support rather nicely!

I prefer ClientExec. It is a little pain in the ass to setup at first, but once its setup, its smooth sailing.

I hate cleintexec's guts only because you have to enter the different prices for each one, wish it would just calculate it

Yeah,
ClientExec doesn't have a very good module base. The community is not very active. Same with ModernBill (Plesk). The modules for both of these are falling off everyday and support just sucks from Plesk.
WHMCS also supports more payment gateways and merchant accounts.

if you dont want to do anything and your really lazy you can just use paypal all the way but i would not recommend that doesnt look good
