Hey any suggestions of good programs for free that I can upload to a webserver for a good website base and I already have a thing for fourms I can attach im just looking for a website type things ideas?

I would recommend using e107 for free and easy use.

im my opinion e107 is crap. better use something like joomla, which is a well supported community CMS. with some luck you might find some kind of integration for your forum software for joomla...

yeah, learn PHP and write your own one. That's what I did for the FPS meter (and for the future homepage of my clan) ;-)

Or you could learn asp.net and use the MVC framework, witch makes it a piece of cake.
