i dont know ive never seen that try reistalling CSS it might help im not sure if it will though

huh? never seen a net_graph or something else? if you want to turn it off type net_graph 0 in console.

lol 5200. anyway, it looks like your internet's fine, cause there's spikes, but they're huge, so just get your hardware updated
