I compiled this guide from posts I made to the general WiC (World in Conflict) forum helping people to be able to HOST servers. I decided to turn it into a guide because a lot of the information is "generic" and as such will apply to all online games.
Here's the guide:

Also included in the guide is another (I noticed someone already posted a way to run servers as a windows "service") way to run game.exe's as a windows "service". The way I've described in my guide doesn't require registry editing and allows you to monitor (have the service restarted after a specific amount of time, should it crash) your service a little better.
Please feel free to distribute this guide, and make suggestions for future versions!
