Bandwidth Monitoring

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a program (hopefully one that someone is using already and has good things to say about it, if not that's cool too) that you can use to see how much data is being broadcasted on specified ports on specified IP's. I'd like it to have an e-mail out option and possibly a remote web interface to connect and view stats.

Does anyone have something similar to this or can recommend something similar?
