just why would you need a 1000 FPS server lol, it's useless... unless you run 1000 tickrate but thats impossible.

ok well...i can get a server runnin at 500fps on windows...the ONLY reason im tryin linux is for that fps boost lol.... unless you tell me that a linux server at 500fps runs better then a windows server at 500fps then im staying...cuz i mean if im going to get the same performance..then ide rather not learn a whole new Operatin System.

Sorry lol I don't want to be mean, I just wonder why people want to do the hardest things, but for what?
your server will run perfect 100tick on 150 FPS (it even does when FPS is 100 constantly) so why increase it.
It's ok if you want to try but I don't want people to be dissapointed after all their hard work.

ahh i dont mind the owkr at all..the reason i want to try it is cuz..ive heard seomoen mention on here or soemwhere that FPS affect register..like shots registry..and ppl complain at times on my server that shots dont register..so i think ..theheck why not give it a shot. so i installed Ubuntu.. funny thing tho im on windows again..and all of a sudden im gettin 700 fps...not constatnt tho..fluctuates from 400-700 and im like O.o! what did i DO! YAY....but then i logged off and now i cant seem to get the 700 FPS tho.. DANG IT!! WHAT DID I DO!!!!

hmm..well ok..is that 333 stable?...or does it fluctuate? cuz right now mine fluctuates like 400-80-500-600-300-800 u get the idea... but if the FPS at 333 is goin to fluctaute the same then i got the CPU powere to deal with the first option.
