Mani Admin Plugin Installation/Configuration Tutorial

nego, which version are you using? if it's 1.2R you need to read the manual on how to do it, it's a bunch of commands in console for the first admin, then you can add the rest if they are in game with you via menus.

hi everyone. im new to making servers and i have done everything that the tut. tells me to do. but wen i start the server, it says things like unknown command "mani_adverts" and several hundred others.
also, when i try typing ma_rcon in console, it says unknown command "ma_rcon"...
my adminlist looks like this

did you make the .vdf file in your addons folder?

yes i did dracona.. its ok i found out the problem.. finaly
if anyone has the same problem as me, you need to add an older.dll version of mani
i dont know why.. but it works

BUT i have another problem
when i bind a letter to admin, it opens the menu.. when i press a number to select an option, the menu dissapears and nothing happens

Well, I need to make my friend and I admin's so i installed Mani Admin and when i go into my game and use the Bind q admin it doesnt say anything in console. But when i hit q nothing pops up?

you probably didn't install mani correct cause it should give feedback...

I think you mean cl_restrict_server_commands 0, not sv_lan 0

ok guys ive done every thang i have looked at the posts and i want to know what is going i add the stuff to admin list i made the vdf file and when i go in to my server and type in ma_rcon it says i am not an admin someon help plz
