Web Hosting & Dedicated Servers
#1
Gigabite Servers is proud to announce their new web hosting packages. All packages support fast download. We do not oversell accounts, in which is why our prices are set to what they are. We offer 6-12-24 month payment periods, so you are not committed to a long term contract, as with many other companies as well. We also can do custom packages as well, if you would like some more of this, and less of that, etc.

"Enterprise Level Performance Promise" eh?

Also "you are not committed to a long term contract" and "We offer 6-12-24 month" does not fit together. In the hosting private hosting world 6mdr is a looooongggg time

But hey, i like that you can host porn on the servers Smile

6 Months is not a long term contract, many web hosting providers do not even offer monthly or 6 month contracts, all are yearly contracts, so saying so, 6months is not a long time. And yes, you can host what you want, but if it is illegal and you get caught by law enforcement, atleast I am not liable Smile

Oh, yea, alot of the webhosting providers do offer monthly contracts, but they are cheaper if you just go for a 6 month or a year anyway... Like whos going to use a large package for just one month...

Look on GoDaddy, HostGator, Dreamhost, all offer one month contracts.

Ok, let me rephrase what I wrote, they offer monthly, but it's cheaper to buy in advance, that better?

I think it's not weird at all to not have monthly contracts.
Looking at my own webhosting company, in the beginning we would supply monthly contracts too but after testing that and evaluating we took away the monthly. It brings a lot of hassle, lots of clients coming and leaving fast, all in all it costs a lot more to supply monthly.
We now supply quarterly, semi annual and annual plans and we find that we get a much more stable and trustworth customer base. It also in a way refelects a more professional way of your business, going for quality and long client relations.

Why would you need a website for a month unless you are throwing up illegal crap for a month? In fact, I see no reason for doing less then 6 or 12 months. Plus, the hosting company isn't going to make any money if you only buy for a month, it's pointless for business.
