Processor: Intel Q6600 (4 Cores @ 2.4GHz)
Ram: 4GB DDR2

100Mbps uplink

BTW, its not for GSP usage, its for a clan, but you guys are the best people when it comes to this sort of question

I will also be doing webhosting on this server, which may get high volumes of traffic (we are yet to know)

Not a good idea to do web hosting on the same system, especially if its high-volume.

Shared web hosting is very affordable these days.

Yes, but yet many of them are limited. There are not many good host's that allow you to do fastdl.

I agree, but if you poke around a little bit you can find a good one that isn't outrageously expensive.

So do i, and i would say around 22 slots per core 1000fps and 100tick with private configs, and that would equal 88 slots in total.

second that for 1000fps, just make sure you use either linux or Windows 2008 w/HPET, but if you are going to use 500fps I could see 125-135 slots without too much of an issue.
