Hey guys.
Well I have a bit of a problem here. Ive setup 4 TF2 dedicated servers on my home server box (all of which work perfectly using different ports) and have them configured as far as i'd like to and im just about to install psychostats on them all running into 1 MySQL database (ive done plenty of web design with PHP and MySQL so no issues there).
However, As it says in the thread subject, I don't know whether I should use Beetlesmod or Source Mod for admin. My understanding is that Beetlesmod is a more gameplay orientated plug-in and source-mod is more designed for daft but entertaining little scripts as its easier to make them for.
Now that presents a problem for me. 1 of the servers is meant to be fairly vanilla server (only changes being respawntime, sv_alltalk 1 and classlimits on a couple of maps), a fun server (not your typical silly mario_kart_crap, but some fun maps with sv_alltalk 1, sv_cheats 1,), another server with same config as the first for my clans maps (theres about 3 decent mappers in my clan) and the fourth being just an insanity server running dm_hans, mp_friendlyfire 1, sv_gravity 500, you'd see why thats funny if you have a server filled with 15 or so people like that, bloody hilarious. and the 4th being simply for random things like 1v1 for guys who want to battle it out but this won't be on 24/7.
So could anyone enlighten me to a little more to the difference between SM and BM.
Cheers
Adam
