1, a computer on standby doesn't run, it's "off" meaning you can't run a server.
2, 24/7 online computer costs about 30$ a month on electricty here in Holland

like the guy above me said u cant run a server in standby, also what are your computer specs? Most importently CPU, Ram, HDD, PSU
