As far as the windows server slot sizes go, I am unable to make a server bigger then 16 slots..
I have the internet bandwidth and computer hardware to host a 70 person slot server and would like to at least host a 60 slot server. Is there any way to hack the srcds exe or similar to allow this to happen?

for the longest time hl2dm netcode was fuxxored, it would megalag for 12 players and above (12 might have been safe, it was a while ago). I do not know if this is related to the built-in restriction, but I recommend proceeding with caution. Also, are you reducing your tickrates to account for such a large slotted server? As well as having large enough maps to account for that many players? (btw, holy shit, 60 player hl2dm server)

You can run 60 players, but its been reported that the netcode starts going 'funky' past 32 slots - same for TF2.

What game has maps large enough to have 70 people playing? That's 35 people on a TEAM! You're better off just hosting 2 or 3 more servers.
