Surf maps definitions

What I need to define so people will be able to play surf maps?

uhm I don't really understand what you want to do and what you did so far

If I want that the surf will work on surf map I need to do sv_airaccelerate 800, but if I do that sometimes you still slip when you surf, I am asking if there is another thing that I should do so the surf will be perfect or that's how it is...?
