Unlike my other thread, this post is pretty short.

How do you work out how much to charge per slot, or your pricing strategy and why do you feel that is best?

depends on how much bandwidth you have and how much it costs.
You will ahve to try out a bit on how much your servers use and then calculate on how to charge it

33 tick is lowest bandwidth 100 uses most. Calculate how much you need per player like this and then put some ontop to make a bit profit.
