[v2.3.1.0] SRCDS Admin - manage your Source servers (now supports auto-update))
#31
Coach, sorry you're having some bugs. I've made some updates, can you try again?

Also, can you elaborate on this:
Quote:Also I have found that if a port is used withing this program that another, Server Checker in this case is denied use of that port on another IP range.

No worries, always little bugs in new programs that can't be found till tested under all situations.

As I also run non srcds & non supported srcds games as well I still need to use Server Checker to run them. What I found was that if I went to use the same port that I had used in this Admin tool I could not use it again in Server Checker. So for instance in my case I had used port 27040 for one of my DODS servers & when I went to start one of my mod servers (with a diff IP) in Server Checker it came up with the "could not allocate port" error.

I appreciate your patience, yes, it's difficult to predict the outcome of all situations.

Try this:
Launch your servers in Server Checker except for the ones you want to launch in SRCDS Admin. Then then launch the ones for SRCDS Admin manually via command prompt. Then tell me if you get that port allocation error. If you don't, tell me what srcds.exe parameters you're calling in the command prompt, including the IP and port number.

Thank you.

been trying to Add my Local Test server to the List but when ever i add it the map and server.cfg selection parts are blank and uncangable thus leading to be unable to click save.

EDIT:

I can manually add it into my SRCDSAdmin.ini and then run this and it will work fine but adding via the 'Add' button doesn't work quiet well.

Okay, I made some changes and want you to try an updated version. E-mail me at contact@ashersoftware.com and I'll reply with a link.

Does it now check if the server "Hangs"?

Also can you run it as a Windows service to ensure 100% uptime?

Lastly does it have the ability to run continually across multiple user sessions?

Pretty much. It checks if srcds.exe is "Not Responding". If it is "Not Responding" then it will shut it down. I haven't found a server hang that didn't cause "Not Responding" or a total srcds.exe termination, but if they exist, please let me know.

SRCDS Admin or the server itself? I could do either one I suppose.

Yes.

If you run into problems or glitches, please let me know and I'll resolve them typically within a day.

SRCDS Admin. Being able to run it as a Windows Service would be nice, as most SRCDS "checkers" allow you to.

Okay, I'll consider that in my next update. Thank you.
