Go with the one that isn't on dedicatedservers.net.au network.. there bandwidth is crappy and oversold.
You seriously don't need so much CPU if your only going to have 8 GB of ram...

Cheaper is not always better. Most of the time cheapest is crappier. Remember, you get what you pay for. . .

Well considering that processor would hold 35ish slots at 100 tick per core, its going to easily manage 3 16 slot 66 tick servers on each core.
