Hi there! (sry for my bad english)

Im not the best to answer this but I will try.
Dual core Xeon and intel dual core 2 should aproxmatialy be the same. A intel dual core 2 2,33 ghz should be able to hold about 50-60 100 ticks slots per core.
A 100 tick slot takes about 1,5 more cpu than a 66 tick. So it will be estimatedly 75-90 66 ticks slots per core, it's a bit diffrent from cpu to cpu. You should have enough Ram, and HDD.
Make sure u have enough traffic.
I would say you could host about, 4 x 20 66 ticks slots servers per core (css) So 8 x 20 66 ticks slots, should you be able to host, without lagg.

Do you need a different ip adress per server ?

No, you don't.

But you will need different ports. Use the -port command to change it Smile.

nope

OS doesn't matter enough for even a difference of 1 slot, choose whatever suits your needs.

Depends really, on how much custom content you have. But other than that, not much at all.

lag can not be measured.

but as we said.. 40 slots per core @ 100tick, so 66tick would be easy...
