There is no such thing as "Level2 Backbone". It is Level3 BTW. That screams [I dont want to be rude] right off the bat. Second, 200GB and unmetered BW is enormous. That is like getting top of line hosting for free since he is offering web hosting as well.

ANYWAY,

It is a nice offer just seems to far fetched unless he is using some unmetered host, which then your data is not guaranteed to be up because once they find out what he is doing they will shut it down faster then well, fast....

Although on a side note, Im getting a new dedi-server with unmetered hosting and 400GB of storage (i only really need about 40GB MAX). It has 3 IP's, only 2 of which i actually need so thats a whole 100mbit line i can rent out. I think i'll probably offer fast d/l, what do you guys reckon?
