You can use the same instance for the different servers. Just change ports the way helixo wrote and use different motd.txt and server.cfg's

I suggest using:
server1: port: 27015
server2: 27025
server3: 27035
etc etc

For online use (master server/internet list) you can have as many servers on one IP as you wish
For LAN use you can have maximum of 5 servers on 1 IP since the LAN only broadcasts and lists servers ran from port 27015 to 27019.

i think even if you're not running sourcetv on anything, it reserves that port for sourcetv, unless you change the sourcetv port, cuz I don't use sourcetv on any server, but I cannot use port 27020 on any of my addresses.

I forgot to mention, if you use a server with port 27025, you ALWAYS start that one first.
