Hehe,

years ago I used to be signed up to the mailing list, every day I got like a bulk of 40 message of hate about the same problems again and again.
After receiving more than 1000 messages with nothing but flaming between people and shouting I quit Toungue

Yeah, I quit it myself last year and took it up again about four months ago. When there is an update or anything you will get a good 40 emails in a day.
It can be a pain in the butt, I just signed up with an old email and check it here and there. Only look at the ones that look interesting to me.

I'm browsing the mailing list through the web archive at http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/private/hlds_linux/. It's easier than browsing tons of emails.

I just signed up for the mailing list but 1) havn't received an email and 2) can't login to the archives...?

Must I wait for the email before I can login to the archives?

Thanks!

You get an email where you have to confirm that you want to recieve emails, to stop people signing up random emails.

Thanks.

Any ideas how you can get mIRC to auto connect to different servers? (Quakenet and GamesSurge in this case)
