Uh I'm pretty sure that IA-64 is for the Intel Itanium architecture, and you should use the AMD64 release for both AMD and Intel 64 bit systems.

Although there's no real need to go 64 bit for linux for hosting srcds though, in fact I'm fairly sure it limits you to 333 or 500 fps or something

There is no 64 bit version of the SRCDS, so there's no reason to have a 64 bit system for that purpose. SRCDS will of course run on 64 bit but you won't see any improvements over 32.

Unless your server has 4GB of RAM or more. Only way it can use it is if you use the 64-bit version.

Wrong, with PAE you can have up to 64GB on 32-bit systems (With the exception of non-server Windows operating systems, as microsoft deliberately crippled the capacity, limiting it to 4GB)
