Is their any one here that lives in sydney australia, that i could pay to create a css server for me Toungue ive have tryied for days and i dont know what to do, i will pay money, i seroulsy have put esally 24 hrs into trying to creat this, and ive tried to config my router ive gone to prot forward.com i need help arr neeed help

That guide describes every single click, basically everything you ever need to do.

If you go through that guide step by step, line by line, the server should work.
If it doesn't work, and this is not some kind of attack on you, you might want to ask yourself if you want to get into this whole server thing at this point. There are no interfaces etc. You need at least some advanced knowledge about computers.

About the server, do you have it installed and running yet? By that I mean there's a black console box on your desktop and the server shows up somewhere in a list (LAN most likely).
I run a business where I install servers for people remotely, I do however stay with the server, I don't do port forwarding and such to get the server show up on the internet since that's all setup problems of your own network and has nothing to do with the server.

When you read srcds guide, try the exemple

What doesn't work ? Copy & past the console message.

I'm from Australia. Are you trying to host your own server from your Home Internet Connection? Because the Australian internet sucks.. the fastest upload speed for home users is below 800kps, thats not even 10 players.

If your willing to pay, just rent a server and save yourself the hassle.

Otherwise you need to give us more information. What steps are you taking to start the server? What error messages are you getting?
