Windows 2000 Server or Server 2003?
Also, what's your startup command?

Don't need to bump,

anyway, your problem is that you are using -game "counter-strike source" in the server startup command, that command is only for updating the server (the update commandline is also the place where you add -verify_all).

If you replace that -game "Counter-Strike Source" with -game cstrike the server should boot properly.

According to that console log, it should be in the LAN list on IP 192.168.1.96, unless you are hosting and playing on the same machine (Never host and play on the same machine).

I can't help you with port forwarding or getting it on the internet, for that I suggest taking a look at the FAQ's we have on these forums. It should have everything you need on getting it online.
