Hello my problem is the server is visible if i type in my internal ip 192.168.x.x:27015
but others can not join my server for some reason.
no iam not running behind a router.
also i installed HLSW, added my server and it says it on LAN
but in server.cfg it has
sv_lan 0
sv_region 0

If you have that IP address you have a local network which either has a router or a gateway.
Unless the IP of the server is 192.168.0.1 you have to forward ports.

If you have an internal IP of 192.168.*.* you are behind a router (or at least within a NAT). You need to forward your ports from the router to your local computer.
