What do you mean by "it doesn't work"
If it comes up with a couldn't exec error you simply put it in the wrong place or named it wrong (server.cfg.txt is classic)

sv_downloadurl tutorial can be found in the tutorials section.

Read the tutorial, I didn't make those for jack shit, it's so I don't have to explain it OVER and OVER because it's WRITTEN.

If it says you should do it this or that way you do it like that and nothing else. If the tutorials doesn't say you have to do anything why would you thing there might be the slightest change you need to do more?

And NO, you don't do ANYTHING else, just upload all the custom files on your server in the correct directories.
Also, I'm not mad, just a bit irritated, I locked your other thread for a reason, you go make a new one while I said you shouldn't!
