SRDS friends problem

I have a Source Dedicated server and its working online, but my friends cant join it by "friends" in find server.
I hate it so i hope anyone out there know what i shall do. --Source gamer--

Since you are playing on your own network it shows your internal IP.
Friends cannot connect to a server you are playing on a private network via the friends window, they need your external IP (http://www.whatismyip.com)

yes, with your external IP.
Given that is does not change.

How can they add it to their favorites ? When they try and take the IP then it just says "server not responding"...So how can they add it ?

They have to add the IP that they join to their favorites, if they can join they can add it too.
