I just got a server up and running with the following specs:
--2 x Dual Core Xeon (C2D @ 2.4Ghz)
--4Gb DDR2 667 (EEC) Memory
--2 x 250Gb 7200RPM Drives (One for storage/OS, other for game server)
--Windows Server 2003 x64 Standard
--Dedicated FastDL Server Offsite (1500KB/s+)
--Mani Admin Plugin
--Dedicated 2Mbit Upload Connect for this single server instance
--Midwest US Location (Milwaukee, WI)

Now I am just running this server for myself right now, but really am looking to sponsor a team of some sort. The bottom line is that I want the server to be used, and I figure a good way of doing that is building a community of folks who come back to play on the server. So, if you have a Clan, a community, or can otherwise prove that you can get people into the server, I would like to basically hand it over for your use.
I am also looking for administrators and folks to maintain the server if I am unavailable, but that will come after I find a group to sponsor.
Please PM me if you are interested and I will begin taking down names and such. Please include the following information:
1) Name of your clan or group
2) Website associated with the group
3) Number of members
4) How long you have been around
5) The location of most of your members
6) How you plan on boosting traffic to the server
In all, this is really meant to be a synergistic relationship. I give a group a server that they might not otherwise be able to get, and in return the server gets some use. Seems fair to me.

A: 67.53.239.78:27015
Q: Do you really mean free?
A: Yes, totally free. I just ask that you can keep people in the server in the evening.
Q: Can we put our own MOTD, links and adverts on?
A: Yes, to a point. Things will have to be OK'd but by and large the group will have primary contol over content
Q: What about custom maps?
A: I have access to a very fast host offsite that custom content can be put on. Right now there are 3 custom maps in rotation and available via FastDL.
Q: Can we use this server for any game?
A: I am trying to keep this a TF2 server, thanks.
Q: How can I assure you will choose my community?
A: The biggest motivator for me to select a community is if they can draw players. Getting playtime and users to enter the server is a surefire way to get me to select your community.
