Hey I was wondering if there is a program that could take some of my bsp
files and convert them to bsp.ztmp.

Well i have a problem some of my maps aren't getting compressed to ztmp , so when somebody joins on that map they aren't allowed to download it.

Do they get a 'missing map' message? If so try putting net_maxfilesize 64 in your server.cfg. Thats worked for me in the past anyway.
