TF2 Server... How To Get Admin Going?

Errr... im not hosting the server, TCadmin is. Could it be their computer blocking this?

Could I fix this problem (which is "How can I turn VAC on for my server") through the TCAdmin - File Manager site?

If it's rented, open a support case with the GSP, it's their problem, you can't fix it yourself in this case
