How many slots at 66tic?

How many slots could I host at 66tic on a Dual Xeon 3.2 Ghz with 4 GB RAM? Hyperthreading off?
I plan on hosting 1 40 slot regular pub, 1 32 surf dm, 1 32 slot (new mod I am making) server, and 1 12 slot 100tic private Would that all fit or would it be excessive?

The 40 slot regular and the 32 surf/DM will pull 100% of each core when full, that's basically the limit (both at 33 tick)

It should hold more, that doesn't seem like much for a Xeon....the previous one was a Pentium 4 which was laggy, what about a Woodcrest?

A woodcrest will double that amount (so like 50 slots 100 tick per core)
