Question
Since I've returned to the admin scene, I have noticed various new admin tools.
I previously used Mani, but now I wish to investigate alternatives.

What seems to be preferred these days? I don't want to use *too* much resources, but I want previous functionality. Oh, and the ability to switch from TWL/CAL to normal mode configs ingame is almost required.

I've looked at the current Mani, SourceMod, Eventscripts, and have even seen other tools such as Metamod and Mattie and hlstats.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

I currently use srcds (CLI) on Windows Server 2003.

I only need really light admin applications, I run Source:MM (metamod source that is) and BAT (Basic Admin Tool)

Which Eventscripts do you use? Guy over at steampowered recommended eXtensible Admin from Eventscripts and Eventscripts 2. He also said I should use metamod no matter what for everything.
What are the downsides of Mani and BAT. Is the lack of updates for Mani an issue? Does BAT lack common features?

BAT has every admin function I need, it's an admin plugin without all the useless crap mani has.

Looks appealing. What's it missing?

I don't think it's missing anything at all.

Same recommendations for TF2? I'm setting up both CSS and TF2.
I'll try it out.

I'm really enjoying metamod, it's making it extremely easy to switch between them all.
What is a good benchmarking tool to test the load of these mods?
