SRCDS Steam group


Need help with my server [tf2}

Hi , ive used to run servers alot back in the time in different games like quake 3... now we have a little problem here.. ive downloaded all the serverstuff for tf2 and once i run a server in the prompt nobody can connect altho evrything looks good... ive got a router ofc and ive portforrwarded 27015 to my computers ip ( 192,168.1.101) or something like that ... sv_lan is set to 0 and still nobody cant connect,,,, i would really like some hlep please

You need to forward other ports... search around.
Were people using your EXTERNAL IP to connect? (http://www.whatismyip.org)

I don't use MSN and I can't do port forwarding for you.
Everyone is always asking for port forwarding help, there is nothing I can do unless you can forward the right ports to give me remote access to your computer and then manipulate your router from your computer.

In other words, figure out port forwarding yourself. There are MILLIONS of walk-throughs... it should not be hard for forward a few ports.

No port triggering is something totally different. Like Spartanfrog said, look at the FAQ section, that's pretty much all we can do unless Mooga has some more idea's.
