Server FPS and Tickrate
#16
The server's FPS and the tickrate are closely related. The tickrate refers to the frequency at which the server updates the game state and processes player actions. It is measured in ticks per second (TPS) or updates per second (UPS). In most fnf games, the tickrate is directly tied to the server's FPS. For example, a server running at 64 tickrate means it updates the game state 64 times per second, so ideally, it should maintain a stable FPS of 64.
