Help with Ports!
#1
Hi guys,

1. Sorry for my bad english... ^^

I made a server like the tutorial for windows, the server runns fine with the standart startparameter. But then is the server only LAN. So, I added +ip ******** and i get this error:

Engine Error

Couldn`t allocate dedicated UDP port

I already reinstalled my srcds, but still the same error.
I opened all the ports i need on my router, I should know how, I had with my old router and pc a server running. Now: New pc and new router, idk right but my router is too stupid and my windows (speacial version) could be the 2. problem, i dont have a windowsfirewall, (only) ZoneAlarm.
And i have a static ip. ...

Plz can someone help me?

Thank you very much!

I have opened my ports like a tuturial from portforward.com.

To the +ip command:

I ever check out my ip at whatsmyip.org and add it then..

Does someone know that problem with the same router like me?

Netgear DG834G

You must use the internal IP not the external when behind a router. So type in ipconfig in cmd and the ip (usually starts with 192) is what you use for the IP command, which is -ip not +ip btw.
