Free hlds/srcds web control panel

Hello all,
Here is my shameless plug(hey, it is the commerical pit) for a free/open-source control panel I have created for Half-Life 1 & 2 dedicated servers called hldStart. It is PHP web based control panel that can start and stop a game server, edit/save mapcycle, purge and archive game logs, display all of the running servers on you machine, and send emails to players when a new game is started. It is totally free, as in $0 (donations would be nice though ) What you need to run it:
A webserver running on the hlds/srcds box (preferably Apache 1.3.x or 2.0.x, other web servers not tested yet)
PHP 4.3.x
A working HL1 and/or HL2 installation and any of the mods.

New version out that works on Windows! (As of version 1.4) The only issue with Win32 is that the server Stop capability doesn't work yet.
The new version has a steam web interface too, so you can install/update your games right from hldStart.

deus402 - yes, it certainly is in development. Wow, that's an old post.
Since that post, I have created hldStart2 - the 2nd generation of hldstart.
It supports HL1, HL2, Unreal 2004, and Urban Terror, and is far more advanced than the 1.4.x series.

Now I'm acutally working on the 3rd generation, which will be called Open Game Panel (OGP). OGP won't be ready for a few more months.

heh, this post is the first result when googling for "srcds web control" I have already downloaded 2008.3 from sourceforge, but it was released in april. glad to see you are still working on it. hope to see you in your support forum

Looks like it's in PHP and Perl.
You can set that up on a windows box, but it would probably be easier on a *nix server.

There was an earlier version that supported Windows a while back when I first posted.
Since then, I stopped supporting WIndows.

A new generation of hldstart, called Open Game Panel (OGP) is due to be out in a few months. Windows support will be back in that version. Maybe not initially, but it is planned.

Hey Ziggi - it's getting there.
Currently I think the web stuff is working on Windows. I haven't been testing, but I think 2 of the other devs have been testing on Windows.
As for the agent, which is the where much of the functionality lies, is still only supported on Linux/BSD platforms.
We have been doing some work on a Windows agent, but that's lower priority at this time.
