Commands & parameters
-tickrate 66 - Set the tickrate of your server. Can be any number from 1-100
-console - Activate the console
/high - Higher priority for better performance
+fps_max 701 - Set the max FPS on your server. fps_max 100 = ~80FPS, fps_max 300 = ~256FPS, fps_max 600 = ~512 FPS

Also -tickrate can be any number from 0-100

fps_max 100 will set ~80FPS
fps_max 300 will set ~256FPS
fps_max 600 will set ~512 FPS

No, you can set it to max of 100.

heres another if you set fps_max 0 it will let the server run full ball
I have crapy hardware and do that and the server gets to 1000fps

tickrate sets the quality of the game (more updates or less updates per second, 33 is default)
add -tickrate <#> to the commandline

Yeah but it jumps around like crazy which makes bad registration...at least thats what I think.
