Slot Server "Occasional Spike?"

So i recently purchased a 12 slot no vent no teamspeak plain CS:S server... Right...

I installed the addons Meta and Mani latest...

I optimized my server and kept the rates at default...

But when we are pratically on the server, we sometimes get a spike which freezez you in place, then 1 second later your on the other side of the fricking map lol...


But our pings are 10 - 30

So i dont know really, can anyone help out? Much aprreciated.

I thinks smartest thing to do here is to contact the support dept. of the GSP. Since it's rented let them fix it, maybe they overloaded their server or something.

Well, I can tell you first hand they overload it they also use VMware when then rent you a "Dedicated server"
