Tried to disabling UPnP - After 25mins uptime, my friend found it on master list.

I also tried DMZ'ing the server.
Still no luck for me though Sad

OK so I'm back again - and as you probably guessed, none of the above has worked Sad
However, am keeping at it in the event of eventually discovering why I can't get this to work.

I was just looking through my console as I was doing a restart on SRCDS and noticed the following...

****** Finished executing mani_server.cfg ******
Network: IP xx.xx.xx.xx mode MP, dedicated Yes, ports 27015 SV / 27005 CL
Current directory: 'C:\SRCDS'

I have taken the actual IP details out (xx) - however this was showing my Internal IP. In my server.cfg I give it my external IP.
Does anyone else see this sort of entry in their console?
Am also not sure what it means by the 27005 CL (or is this something to do with a client port??)

TBH I guess I really am starting to lose some interest in this now as no matter what I seem to do - I can't get it listed on the Steam Master lists. I think I am 'Googled Out' !!

The SERVER will ALWAYS have an INTERNAL ip if you are BEHIND A ROUTER.

The ROUTER OWNS the EXTERNAL ip, therefor NO OTHER computer can EVER use that ip address.

Please search for one of my thousand posts on routers, you'll see what you can do about it and what not.

Thank you Dracona. Wasn't thinking straight.

Again thanks. I am obviously missing something as nothing I seem to try works.
If anyone has a server behind a Watchguard Firebox 700, let me know Wink

Well I'm pleased to report that it is now appearing.
Started off this morning by taking it out of my original network and passing it through a D-LINK router. It appeared straight away within Steam so know the server end was fine.
Started to re-look at the Firewall and due to the number of available Static IP's I have, knew it must have been doing something odd to with the Nat'ting.

In the end, it 'was' down to the firewall - not so much port forwarding etc., but all to do with 1-1 NAT.
Never really had to do anything on this side, so a bit of time was spent reading up.
Did a few changes and hey presto, she appeared right as rain.

Happy as Larry now... just need to re-market the server but will do that over the next week or so.

Thanks to all of you who took time out to assist etc.
Pop into the server sometime if you feel bored - it can get lonely by myself! Wink
