33 tick sssssssssserver

Well, I finally got my dedicated box last week and set everything up however I'm having a bit of trouble with my 40 slot 33 tick CSS server.

This runs the zombiemod plugin. However, people have been complaining that it isn't very smooth. I thinking it could be something to do with the rates, I currently have these set in the server.cfg:

The server can easily handle it, I'm running all this: (CSS)

- 20 slot 66 tick
- 26 slot 75 tick
- 12 slot 100 tick
- 16 slot 66 tick
- 40 slot 33 tick

This is on a Q6600 with 4GB Ram, 100mbit port. All the other servers are fine so thats why I think its something to do with the settings on the zombiemod server.

Any ideas?

Nothing wrong with those rates, check the net_graph ingame to see if it's a server or client problem.

Well you could screw over dialup people I guess and make the minrate really high but thats not fixing the problem. Whats CPU usage at? Also it could be the zombiemod. No matter when I play that game, I feel like I am underwater.

I think it could be the plugin...

I've changed a few settings within the plugin and I will see if that helps...
