Bug in latest mani + metamod ?

There seems to be a bug when loading the latest mani under metamod 1.4.3.

When I type @ Hi to talk to admins it says Hi twice.

Same thing happens if I do @ma_say Hi

This bug is not apparent if I load mani as a separate plugin and not through metamod. Anyone else experience this and do you have a fix?

Is there any chance you have mani loaded both in metamod AND through the .vdf?

No such problem here... I suspect you have loaded it twice as Drocona says...

No, I don't - the VDF is deleted. Other commands don't get executed twice, it's just ma_say. I've also deleted the non meta mod version of the plugin just to be sure... only mani_admin_plugin_mm_i486.so is on the server.

A friend who just setup his server is experiencing the same issue as well.

Funny, I haven't had a problem at all with an out of the box mani install just yesterday? (windows though)

I'm zshadow's friend and here are my findings:

• This bug does not affect windows
• This bug is caused by the VDF/VSP interface
• However, this bug is not present when: loading mani as a VDF plugin
• Or loading MetaMod Source as a non-VDF plugin (i.e. through gameinfo.txt editing) and then loading Mani through MetaMod Source.

I'm running this server on FreeBSD 6.2 on an AMD machine.

I find bugs with vdf method too
i use metamod vdf + mani_mm
and i find that map restrict dont work at my fy_ maps
maybe there are more
