It's a client setting, isn't it? It has nothing to do with server settings.

yep its client side... servers cant do anything with it

The latest Steam update (client-side) has added the possibility to configure your favorite combinations of weapons. Before, you could do it with buy scripts (click). Like said above, it's merely a client-side thing.
