delay between map change

I have a windows tf2 server and am having problems with huge delay between maps I have no ideal how to fix this a little help please and thanks fellas

from the end of a map to the start of a new one it seems very excessive to me compared to other servers
I have mani mod running and that is all for mods

Well the hard drive is not the problem. How many servers are you running?

Hmm that probably means that the gsp is overloading their servers.
Just curious, who did you rent from?

I'm guessing your chat time is set to like 15 or something.

you can try changing the chattime to like 5... or is your server having a huge delay when you're at the loading screen saying "server changing level" or whatever

As frogert15 says, changing that to 5 or less might help.
However, THIS WILL BRAKE BEETLESMOD'S MAP CHANGES if you use BeetlesMod.
