Error ocurred and i cant start my server ?

Good, the .mdmp files are generated when the server crashes (need Visual Studio 2003 or a like to read them) I can't read them since I don't have it installed atm but, my best guess is a broken DLL.

What you could try is deleting:
SRCDS\bin
SRCDS\InstallRecord.blob
SRCDS\<modfolder>\bin

Then update with verify_all again to see if that worked

Alright we'll do it the hard way then, can you zip the .mdmp files and post them as attachment here, I'll see if I can install Visual studio and look into whats causing this...
