Friends can't connect to my server

I have server running now and I have installed Mani Admin Plugin also.
But when my friends try to join,it sais that:"Server isn't respongin" or something like that.
Some other players could join but not them,which are my friend..
What's wrong????

Well if your friends are trying to join through the friends service, it wont work if you are on a local network with your server. Just goto whatismyip.com, copy and paste it, and give that IP to your friends.

They tried to join with console,typing: connect XX.XXX.XXX.XXX:27015 and I gave them my ip from the site,
but they still not getting in.
Console sais him something like this:"Connection failed after 4 retries"

That means your ports aren't forwarded correctly.
Find your router name and type on this website and follow the tutorial:

But why someone who isn't in my friendlist can join?

I checked my server in Find Servers ->Internet
And I noticed that my server's port 19634 and IP 84.253.xxx.xxx
But why is the port 19634? I have put that port of the server is 27015.
My friends can join.
What difference is between port 19634 and 27015?
Can I keep it on that port?

You can keep it on any port but 27015 is the default. Your friends can join, which is good, but the port changing is wierd. Can you post your command line.

autoupdate doesnt work on windows btw. Well i guess if your friends can join thats fine but I have no clue why your port is changing
