messages in server

how do i make my css server show a message in like every 5 minute? so it shows like "arebokert made this server" every 5 minute. can someone help me?

you need some sort of plugin such as mani admin plugin or beetlesmod.

yes i have mani_admin_plugin but how do i make it show messages?

its called adverts. goto cstrike/cfg/mani-admin(not sure the exact name of the folder but it has mani in it)/ then goto the txt file called adverts. Put {RED} (or whatever colors, you can use BLUE and Yellow. Ask at mani's forums what other colors you can use) then type what you want on one line. To make another advert, hit enter and write it on another line. You gotta edit some settings for how much time you want them displayed and etc.

Most of us here are skilled with SRCDS first, and admin mods second (if at all). I personally use BettlesMod on my server.

ok thank you but its one thing more how do i speed up the download time for the people that join my server because it take so long time. is it possible to do that?
