srcds isnt working NO NOOB Problem

Ok... seems like it isn't doing anything at all then, are all the paths set correctly?

cause when the srcds crashes it leaves a dump file, but since it doesn't leave a dump file here I'm wondering if it does anything at all...

Paths are all correct. I watch the process listing all the time. srcds.exe is definitely running for a really short time, then the process quits. No dumps, no logs.

it is installed correctely see when i start the server over the network with another version of windows and another pc of course it works

Well I thought you figured yourself, something on that computer is broken, causing the srcds not to work, how old is this computer?

dont know maybe there is something broken but the ms system runs fine on it and everything works except of srcds maybe u know any windows issues???

Can't be ... I've this problem also on my AMD Dualcore and my AMD Mobile Processor on my laptop .. so it have to be somewhing with srcds and AMD and windows systems, on the laptop I've Linux installed and there srcds works normally.

got it finally work on my laptop. dunno why its working now ... maybe it was I redownloaded the whole shit through university network at a faster speed then I have at home.

I try to copy things from my laptop to my homeserver, maybe its working then, I`ll repost here if that worked or not.

Can u tell me what mainboard u have and plz try to install azureus and tell me if it works. Azureus doesnt work on my server. Maybe we can find the solution through that way
