How to make a whole server in simple terms with telling how to do admin and everyting

I am going to tell you how to make a css server. It is really easy and simple to make a server all you need is a good internet connection and a good computer. To make a css server you will need to download the hldsupdatetool from this website http://www.steampowered.com/download/hldsupdatetool.exe
After you download it just follow the simple gude on installing it on your computer. When you install it you will need to pull up command prompt and type this code in

C:
cd \srcds
hldsupdatetool

and then hit enter a list of stuff should come up. When it all comes up type this code

hldsupdatetool -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir C:\srcds

then it will start to download your server. After you downloading it done you will need to click start then click run and type
c:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +map de_dust -maxplayers 16 -autoupdate

if you are VAC2 banned you will need to put insure at the end. Now we have your server up and running now all you got to do is get mani-admin-plugin and DMZ you server or forward you ports so people can connect.

To do this you must log in your router by typeing this in your internet thing 192.168.1.1 that is the default way and type your usename and password mom or dad will know this then go to lan or wan setup to dmz you server buy typeing your ip address in. (you can find this by go to start type cmd and the in command prompt type ipconfig /all and get you ip adrees) To portforward just go to http://www.portforward.com and find you router and they will tell you.

Next you have to get admin on your server and make yourself admin. To do this you must download the admin plugin at http://www.mani-admin-plugin.com after you do this you must open it and you should see something like this

now open your server files that can be found in c: srcds open the thing called cstrike and put the addons forder in you addons folder but you config in you config file same with materials and sound then open you addons folder and type creat vdf file make a cstrike file when it asks and hit ok. Now restart you server and now we goto make you admin type this in you server consle ma_client addclient youname then
ma_client addsteam yourname yoursteam id then
ma_client setaflag yourname yoursteam id +#
Now your admin go in you server type this in consel bind p admin then press p and a menu will come up.

Guess best way is to let someone that doesn't know anything about servers read it and ask him/her if he/she understands.

You might wanna add that autoupdate doesnt work in windows. Also make sure they realize to but -insecure on the command line, not just insecure.
