Do you mean it was me who switched to the Netgear router? That Netgear router is deffective. It drops my internet connection when i refresh the server list on steam. It freezes when it gets to like 1000 servers while refreshing, thats the reason i stopped using it a while ago. My linksys router does the same thing, however i can set up port forwarding very easily in the Linksys and i get port 27015 in steam server list for my server. I spent about 3.5 hours on the phone with dlink today with this issue of ports not beeing forwarded, and about the same amount of time with linksys about the server list being stuck in the middle of it being refreshed and dropping my internet connection while the servers are being refreshed. Set up an RMA over the phone for both linksys and dlink. And i do not have any more energy to call netgear. Any recommendations of which router to use which is not too expansive ?
