I believe you need to put -insecure as one of your srcds.exe startup parameters.

ANY computer that's inside a NETWORK and does NOT have a direct connection to the INTERNET needs forwarding of PORTS. That's just the way it is, it sucks, I'm afraid you'll either have to live with it or ditch the router Smile
