I have another question.
I would like to run two different Garry's Mod server on that same machine.
What would be the max players per server?
Here are the machines specs along with my internet connection speed.
2.2GHz AMD Athlon 64
1024MB DDR 266 Memory
80GB 7200RPM Hard Drive
Internet is advertised as:
20Mbps Download / 5Mbps Upload
I'm gettint the following (accroding to speedtest.net):
15Mbps Download / 1.5Mbps Upload
Thank you.

I would say 2 20ish servers could work out at 100 tickrate. But then you would be using a lot of your connection speed and you could lag the servers by browsing the internet.

Ok, thank you.
I was hoping that i could host two 12 to 14 players server at 33 tickrate.
In case you were wondering the two servers would be build and spacebuild.
